Join us for friendship and fun in the Sauvignon Blanc Capital of the world, Sunny Blenheim in the Marlborough Province, South Island, New Zealand, “Aotearoa”.
PROGRAMME
Friday – International Golf Match, Wine tasting tours, Boat cruises on the beautiful Sounds, Scenic flights throughout the region, simply rest or explore Blenheim and its’ many attractions.

Evening – 6:30 pm “Haere mai, tena koutou- Welcome, thank you”. Casual dress. “Meet and Greet” finger food (Included), Meet old and new friends - Party!
Saturday – 9:00 am 41 INTERNATIONAL HYM.
9:30 am Ladies and Non Delegates not attending the HYM - Tour and activities
12:30 pm All together for lunch (Included)
1:30 pm Banner exchange then; socialize, explore, shop, rest, whatever.
6:30 pm Gala Dinner and Evening (Included).
New Zealand is not a formal place so; Please no Dinner suits and Black Ties.
Suits, or Jackets will be fine or perhaps your National costumes, just enjoy.Sunday 8:30 am to 10:00 am “Haere ra – Farewell” Breakfast (Included), “Aroha – Love and affection” hugs and kisses all round and sorry folks, on our way.

of our Travel agents Mondo Travel Motueka.If you use this facility your Tour deposits will not be taken until the 25th October 2013 and those of you who are only registering, your Registration Fee will not be taken until 30th May 2014.
Early registration is recommended to avoid disappointment and to allow us to complete the programme.
For those only wishing to join the HYM and/or organizing their own trip around New Zealand Registration Fee of NZD $315.00 per person is due by 30th May 2014 after which you may incur a late Registration fee
The Registration fee includes the entire HYM programme.
Transfers to and from Blenheim Airport or Picton Ferry are included.
Accommodation for those not on the Advertised Tours is to be booked direct through The Marlborough Convention Centre; mcc@scenicgroup.co.nz

A large sporting event is also being planned for Blenheim on the same weekend so it would be advisable to make your bookings as soon as possible.
Scenic Hotel Marlborough, will have limited rooms as it is the hotel for the Tours.
For those who are participating in advertised Pre or Post Tour deals: Please fill in the Registration Form and return. HYM Registration Fee and accommodation while in Blenheim is included in all the advertised Tour deals.
Non Refundable Deposits of NZD $500.00 per person for Tours are due; October 25th 2013, to guarantee your space on the Tours. These deposits are to be made direct to Mondo Travel.
The planned North Island Pre and Post Tours have now been cancelled due to lack of interest. However should anyone wish to travel through the North Island then we would be happy to help with your planning. Silvana Gottini silvana.gottini@mondotravel.co.nz of Mondo Travel will be able to do your accommodation bookings etc.
Should you wish to do both a South Island and North Island Tour then there will only be one deposit required and the cost of your North Island tour will reduce by the amount of a Registration and 3 night’s accommodation in Blenheim per person.
Final payments for tours will be due by June 28th 2014.
